Paul Q – Vocals / Guitar / Percussion

 

Paul Quentin began his music career as a member of the cover duo "The Flood" during the early 90's. Airplay on Radio 5 and appearances on SABC tv gave the duo recognition and regular work in the industry.

His debut album "River Road" was recorded during a five-year musical hiatus in the Netherlands. Upon returning to Cape Town Paul had the fortune to feature on set as a musician in the film “In my Country” produced by John Boorman, He was approached to sing the “Spur Song” which was featured on South African television at the start of 2000. 

​

Paul has since collaborated with various musicians and produced three additional original albums. He has had the fortune of performing alongside respected musicians Thijs Van Leer and more recently “The Parlotones” with the local cover duo “Band of Hats”.                     

With more than 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry, four original albums to date, Paul Q remains a prolific songwriter and performer.
